Kristen Wilkie is Vice President of Customer Success for SAP’s Customer Experience line of business across North and Latin America. Since joining SAP in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager, she has held several leadership roles, including managing the CX Customer Success team for the South region. Prior to SAP, Kristen built her career in account management at Oracle. She currently resides in Chicago’s Gold Coast where she takes advantage of the lakefront at every opportunity.
