This AI-powered assistant is designed to unify and automate user account management while proactively detecting potential risk - such as anomalies in login behavior and unnecessary profile assignments - across heterogeneous SAP environments, from ECC to S/4HANA. It is built using agentic workflows on Workato’s ONE platform.
