Beatriz Rogatto, a native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry. She holds a degree in Biochemistry from UNESP, a prestigious university in Brazil, which laid the foundation for her career at Boehringer Ingelheim. Beatriz began her journey at the company's production site in Brazil, where she had the opportunity to work with Production Process Validation and Master Data Management. Her dedication and expertise led her to relocate to Germany, marking the beginning of her career within the Global Business Services (GBS). In GBS, Beatriz spent several years in Master Data Management, participating to global deployments projects & leading the implementation of an MDG application system. Her career took a significant turn three years ago when she joined the Governance, Enablement & Strategy department, the group that provides the structural foundation for GBS's operations. In her current role as the leader of the Demand to Deploy (D2D) team, Beatriz plays a pivotal and indispensable role within GBS. Her team is responsible for designing effective governance frameworks for D2D processes, optimizing the efficiency of the GBS D2D processes and services, and generating transparency on D2D activities. Beatriz's work is a testament to her dedication and commitment to excellence in her field.
