Since March 2022, Maximilian Schneider has been Head of IT Logistics Processes at Asklepios Service IT GmbH, where he drives the digital transformation of complex hospital supply and logistics processes through the strategic combination of technology and process understanding. He developed his direct expertise in the SAP S/4HANA environment as an S/4HANA Project Manager (January 2021 – March 2022) at Asklepios, where he played a key role in the successful migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. Previously, he completed the management trainee program at Asklepios (October 2019 – December 2020), which provided him with in-depth insights into the healthcare IT landscape. Schneider built his technical foundation through diverse experiences in data science and test automation at Schwarz Produktion, process management at BayWa r.e., and consulting at Censeo Universitas. An internship at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology (IPK) further enhanced his analytical skills. Schneider’s core competencies include change management, SAP HANA, leadership, communication, and strategic planning. Guided by his motto, “Complex hospital care and efficient logistics only work through the combination of technology and process understanding,” he develops innovative solutions for digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
