She began her career in finance at S&P Global Ratings, where she conducted in-depth credit assessments of U.S. entities — laying the groundwork for her consultative, metrics-driven approach to enterprise sales.

Her professional journey spans senior roles at Salesforce, Uber for Business, and Dell EMC, where she partnered with C-level executives to align technology adoption with strategic business goals — ranging from cost optimization and operational efficiency to top-line growth.

Today, at SAP’s Office of the CFO, she works with finance leaders across EMEA to reimagine the role of finance in an era of rapid change — bridging innovation with measurable business value.

Prathibha holds an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s in Finance, along with executive education in Strategy & Leadership from Harvard Business School and Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
