As Chief Business Architecture, Finance & Control at Equinor, he operates at the intersection of finance, technology, data, and governance, helping shape the future operating model for Finance & Control in one of the world's leading energy companies.

Throughout his career, Stig has led complex initiatives spanning SAP S/4HANA transformations, financial reporting, analytics, internal controls, and business process improvement. He has played a key leadership role in Equinor's NexUs ERP program, driving the delivery of integrated business solutions that create value across finance, audit, and corporate functions.

In his current role, Stig is responsible for accelerating AI adoption across Equinor's corporate functions, helping identify, develop, and scale opportunities that enhance efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support the company's digital transformation agenda.
