Dr. Yvonne-Christina Meggeneder is Head of SAP Authorization and Security Solutions at RealCore Industry & Materials GmbH. She brings more than 28 years of professional experience in internal auditing, SAP authorizations, access governance, and SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance.
Her career began in internal auditing, giving her a strong foundation in risk management, compliance, and audit requirements. Since 2010, she has focused on SAP Authorizations and GRC, combining this business and risk perspective with extensive hands-on experience in complex SAP environments.
After a 27-year career at thyssenkrupp, her professional responsibilities continued at RealCore, where she and her team now deliver these services to the external market. During her 12 years in leadership at thyssenkrupp, most recently as Global Head of SAP Authorizations, she guided the strategic development and operational management of all GRC and authorization services.
In these roles, she has built and led expert teams, established standardized governance frameworks, and advised business and IT stakeholders on critical security topics. Her expertise focuses on risk analysis, segregation of duties (SoD), and designing sustainable, audit-ready authorization concepts.
Dr. Meggeneder combines strategic leadership with a pragmatic understanding of what it takes to govern SAP access effectively in large organizations.
