Aftab joins Worksoft as Chief Product Officer, bringing over twenty years of experience in enterprise software. His career is marked by deep expertise in DevOps, automated testing, and product leadership, where he has consistently driven excellence and innovation to meet customer needs and achieve business goals. Before joining Worksoft, Aftab was Chief Product Officer at Arcserve and held influential leadership roles at Microsoft, Simplivity, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and The New York Times. In these positions, he implemented transformative strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth, supported by data-driven and Agile practices. Aftab also brings substantial DevOps experience from his roles at Harness and Digital.ai, where he led the Security Testing Orchestration product at Harness. Aftab holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and completed his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, majoring in Chemistry and Economics.
