Khushbu began her SAP journey in 2020 as a Finance Module Development Expert, where she contributed to core product innovations. Over time, she transitioned into customer success roles, combining her technical expertise with a deep passion for helping customers achieve measurable outcomes. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she has enabled numerous teams through accelerators, expert enablement sessions, and strategic mentoring, particularly in emerging areas like GenAI, SAP Build, and Clean Core.
