Lori Rosano serves as the Senior Vice President & Managing Director of Cloud ERP for SAP Americas, where she oversees the fully managed SaaS cloud-based enterprise solution that empowers thousands of clients across various industries to optimize their business processes, enhance their user experience, and leverage data-driven insights.

Before joining SAP, Lori held several North America transformational executive roles at IBM, where she led the cloud and cognitive software sales in the consumer and travel market, business resiliency & cyber security practice service line, and infrastructure services across Financial Services industry. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer for the West Market Unit in North America, she optimized business operations, enhanced sales effectiveness, and drove profitability. She led new programs and strategic initiatives to streamline processes, scale operations, and foster cross-functional collaboration, resulting in increased productivity and revenue growth.

Known for her tenacity and innovative approach, Lori has consistently improved sales productivity and profitability while fostering a strong, diverse workplace culture. She is an executive sponsor for the SAP’s Business Women Network and a member of CHIEF, a private network of women leaders, and a District Captain for ASPCA, where she volunteers for animal welfare and legislative reform.
