He has 24 years of experience at SAP (BusinessObjects, Crystal Decisions), first as a developer and then in roles as a Product Manager, Program Manager and Product Owner in Analytics. Terry holds 3 patents on dynamic report bursting with large volumes of data, and has also worked directly on several hundred customer implementations, including many on-site visits. He regularly presents to both business and technical audiences at conferences worldwide about SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP S/4HANA.
