Daniele Tedesco is the Global eCommerce Process Owner at Essity, a leading hygiene and health company with sales in over 150 countries, delivering essential products that improve daily well-being for millions. In his role, Daniele shapes the strategic direction for eCommerce, providing scalable, customer-centric solutions across both B2B and B2C channels. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation and operational excellence, leveraging SAP Commerce Cloud and agile methodologies to create seamless customer experiences.
Daniele has led the implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud and CDC in more than 20 markets, integrating these platforms into Essity’s comprehensive S/4 HANA ecosystem and a complex technology stack spanning SAP and non-SAP solutions. The rollout covers both B2B and B2C, enabling scalable growth and operational excellence. For B2B, Daniele’s leadership with brands such as Tork and Jobst has generated over $150M in annual revenue, supplementing Essity’s core business and greatly increasing efficiency by streamlining manual processes and reducing onboarding time. On the B2C front, Daniele launched the TENA direct-to-consumer webshop—a new business model for Essity—which delivers $30M in annual revenue. This initiative strengthens brand presence, expands consumer touchpoints, and has fueled further growth through the successful introduction of subscription services.
