Jessica Keehn is the Chief Marketing Officer for SAP Customer Experience (CX), where she leads strategic efforts to elevate SAP’s market position across the CX portfolio. In her role, Jessica is responsible for strengthening the company’s CX go-to-market strategy, championing market requirements, and driving product marketing excellence. With a deep belief in the transformative power of customer experience, she is passionate about enabling SAP customers to design journeys that delight and engage at every touchpoint.
Jessica brings over a decade of experience in product marketing and commercialization. Most recently, she led commercialization for SAP’s Spend Management organization, aligning cross-functional teams on product launches, migrations, and retirements. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Concur, where she focused on solution lifecycle and portfolio management. Jessica began her SAP journey in 2012 after working in product marketing at Constant Contact and product management roles in the health insurance sector.
