Driving Adoption in SAP S/4HANA: Making Change Management Actually Work
Description

Most SAP S/4HANA migration programs underinvest in change management until adoption problems are already visible, at which point they are significantly harder and more expensive to address. This session moves beyond frameworks to focus on the practical interventions that drive sustained user adoption across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the adoption risks that emerge at each stage of an SAP S/4HANA migration and the signals that indicate change management is falling behind
  • Build a change management approach that is sequenced with the program timeline rather than bolted on at go-live
  • Engage business stakeholders and process owners as active participants in the migration rather than recipients of a system rollout
  • Address resistance at the team and leadership level using targeted communication and reinforcement strategies
  • Measure adoption progress during the program so corrections can be made before go-live, not after
