We offer single tickets, or you can bring a team and save! If you don't know who will be coming yet, that's OK, we've got you! You can still purchase your tickets and tell us later who will be coming. Buy more tickets, save more money! And, if you need to change who will be using a ticket at any time, substitutions can be made free of charge. All rates are listed in Euros (€), and payment will be processed in Euros. Prices listed in the table below are inclusive of VAT.

How do I enter my information after I purchase my tickets?

We will follow up with you once the tickets are purchased to collect all needed information to ensure a seamless onsite registration process.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. If you need to pay by invoice, click here and a representative will be in touch.

Is there a virtual option?

No, this is an in-person event. However, registrants receive post-event access to all provided materials.

Can I transfer my registration?

Yes. Substitutions can be made at any time for a colleague at the same company. Email events@sapinsiderevents.com for help.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received more than 31 days before the event incur a €250 fee. After 31 days, refunds will not be issued, but your registration can be transferred to a colleague at the same company or applied to a future event within 12 months. Email events@sapinsider.org for help.
