No pre-registration is required. Labs and workshops are first-come, first-served—arrive early to secure a seat.
No, this is an in-person event. However, attendees receive post-event access to select materials through SAPinsider.org.
Yes. Substitutions are allowed between colleagues at the same company. Email events@sapinsiderevents.com for help.
Cancellations received more than 31 days before the event incur a $250 fee. After that, refunds aren’t issued - but your registration can be applied to a future event within 12 months. Contact us for details.

The Summit will take place on Level 3. Take the elevators or escalators to 3rd floor, and follow the signs to The District. You'll come upon the SAPinsider Summit Registration desk, where you can pick up your badge and begin your Summit experience!
